ENGLAND and India embark on a marathon Test series in the marquee clash of the summer, which begins in Birmingham and will finish at the Oval in September.
Joe Root’s side take on Virat Kohli’s number one team in the world with the first Test at Edgbaston having started on Wednesday, August 1.
What time does play start?
Play will begin at 11am local time every day in Birmingham with close scheduled for 6pm.
Another 30 minutes can be played to make up any overs that haven’t been bowled.
Lunch is set for 1pm-1.40pm with the tea interval at 3.40pm-4pm.
What TV channel is it on and can I live stream it?
Sky Sports hold the rights to all England home internationals in the United Kingdom.
Wednesday’s first day will be on the Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Cricket channels from 10am.

England will take on India in five Tests matches at Edgbaston, Lord’s, Trent Bridge, The Rose Bowl and The Oval.
India won the T20 series 2-1 before England responded with a 2-1 win in the ODI series, meaning it was honours even heading into the Tests.
